Found this one YouTube and gave it a try today. Another burner. Loved it. Haven't seen this guy's content before but I will probably check out more.
60 seconds on, 30 seconds off.
- Navy seal burpee to 3 double KB gunslingers
- Jump rope
I did this for 16 rounds, so 8 burpee/gunslinger and 8 jump rope. I averaged 3 navy seal burpees and 3 gunslinger complexes per 60 seconds.
Totals: 24 burpees with 72 pushups
72 double kb gunslingers
8 minutes of jump rope
I love workouts like this, especially when they involve jump rope. I will come back to this one.
