Farmers walk 200 feet with a pair of 50's
Finished with 3 rounds of calf raise 20 reps with 150lbs, single arm rows 5 each with 50lbs and goblet thrusters 5 reps with 50lbs.
After multiple injuries, alot of arthritis i had to adjust my hiking goals which took alot of my motivation for this. Still getting up every morning and doing what i can, just not as much weighted work. Today was the first day of 3 rounds.
