(a) Offset Snatch to Thruster (3 reps/side)
(b) Offset Snatch (3 reps/side)
(c) Offset Strict Press (3 reps/side)
(d) Offset Rack Squat (3 reps/side)
(e) Offset Rack Carry (50 ft./side)
(f) Reverse Lunge to Squat (3 reps)
(g) Reverse Lunge (3 reps)
(h) Squat (3 reps)
(i) Double Hand Swing (3 reps)
(j) Deadlift (3 reps)
(k) Goblet Walk (50 ft.)

First round I used a 16 kg bell and didn't put it down in between any of the movements. Second round I used a 20 kg bell, and I had to put it down after B and after D, for each arm. Third round I went back to the 16 kg bell. I used a 20 kg bell for both double handed movements.
