Its my birthday sunday and and ive just found out my wife and kids have clubbed together to get me a power rack, Olympic bar and a few weights.
I cant wait for it to arrive, I struggle with CPTSD and going to the gym can prove difficult sometimes but now I will have something at home.
I just need to get rid of this man flu and im set
