I’ve seen more and more “influencers” turn their kettlebell content into a Barnum & Bailey circus sideshow with all the juggling they do and this prompted my desire to make a statement on this matter…
Although it LOOKS cool, I don’t think it’s benefits warrant your concern on the “should I be incorporating this into my training plan” front.
And this is true with ALL flashy training. What you need to do on this front is ask yourself if you’re training with kettlebells to get better at training with kettlebells, or you’re training with them specifically for the purpose of improving your level of fitness...The tricks and complicated stuff like juggling looks cool, but mastering the basics is what yields the real results…
