Sunday wins

Woke up nice and early at like 630, earlier than I’ve been up in ages and went for a walk and went over to the church to practice drums before service. Had a nice time seeing everyone at church, was a nice service, and we had a band practice afterwards that felt like improvement from our last one. Did a bit more walking, made myself a nice big healthy lunch… probably gonna try to exercise a bit more today and watch some basketball later. Doctors appointment tomorrow.
