Day 6!
I’m in my pre 75 Hard era. I’m going to start that on March 29. So in the meantime I’m going to build the identity to support that by committing to 4 days of movement/exercise per week, at least 20 mins each time. This gives me the opportunity to do more but if I‘m tired, overwhelmed, or emotional I can still do the minimum.
