Studied.
Day 5 no smoking anything. To sleep I use melatonin. Im getting used to craves even if my mind plans on how to smoke (like im driving for groceries but it wont shut up like "if you turn right, then left, get some money and go there you are going to get some"). I just ignore it, its pure automatism.
No sport today (I failed) but I bought sport material necessary to continue improving. I cannot miss tomorrow you will see.
The best win of the day? Going through police control and not panicking.
