I checked day 4 of 7 day CRAVE CHALLENGE.
I hope my accountability partner will be Kelly! Im just starting.
My 3 priorities for having a compounding effect will be: workout, work on business ideas (even if it's just messing around) and be close to my family.
Im having difficulties with the morning routine as I realise that I'm also addicted to smartphone.
I had a wedding yesterday all day long. Got high on caffeine (cocacola) but I felt so anxious I had to stop. Didn't drank, didn't smoke.
Today same, didn't smoke anything and it's day 8.
Sometimes craves hits hard even in ways you didn't expect it to come even if I thought I had seen it all but still FOCUS.
Had a great leg workout.
Worked on an app.
Had a walk with my family.
Stayin' alive.
