Unupported language for ebook

In my native language (Polish), Amazon KDP does not seem to support eBook publishing properly. Kindle books in Polish reportedly don’t display correctly on devices, and according to KDP, they may even be removed from sale because the language is considered unsupported.

Has anyone here tried publishing in an unsupported language on Amazon?

Were you able to keep your book live without issues?
If you do have an eBook in an unsupported language, is there any workaround to still sell it via Amazon?
And if not through Amazon — how are you handling distribution and sales?
