I'm half way through my book and I have a question that would help me with the direction I think it's going in.

The book is called Redefining Showing Up: Your Permission Slip to Using Social Media for Business on Your Terms. It’s for everyone who has ever felt like social media was supposed to feel easier than this.

The first chapter opens with something I truly believe: most of us didn't start our businesses to become unpaid content creators. We started because we had something real to offer. But somewhere along the way, social media became this relentless stage, and for a lot of us balancing businesses, families, and real life, that pace becomes exhausting fast.

So I keep coming back to one question, because the answers I get are always honest and always teach me something.

How do you define "showing up" on social media?
