Re-Defining My Daily Goals
1. Gluten Free 2. Plant Based 3. Breath Work (non-negotiable) *Adding to my previous goals, as I realized breath work is a missing puzzle piece for me to stay grounded and centered. Adding this in to complete daily. Also catching up on all videos and worksheets I missed. Posting here to hold myself accountable. Goal is to be all caught up by Monday on next week on all videos. :)

Week 4 is a time for reflection
This has been a transformative month! Lessons are being learned and bodies are being heard, which is exactly why we are here! This coming week is strategically designed to give you a moment to reflect. Nothing new here, just think back on your journey so far and let it all sink in. Do one or two of your favorite yoga videos and keep the momentum with your daily pranayama. This is where the magic starts to unfurl! Which yoga practice will you be doing this week?
