Building Momentum with a FREE CHALLENGE
Hey guys! Next week I'm going to host a FREE Challenge in our group here! 🥳 We LOVE to talk about habits in this group (at least I do, and I need to do it more!). One of the goals I've identified for Q2 in our Intention Setting Session was to get back to prioritizing my health and fitness habits. I used to work out regularly, and I felt like I was in the best shape of my life after I had my first child, but before I had my second. I'm really motivated to get back to a routine that helps me feel my best. But I know how important ANY kind of movement is on a REGULAR basis. Regular movement doesn't have to be sweaty or strenuous to give us amazingly healthy results for our body and mind. Regular movement helps keep our bones strong, our muscles active, our hearts pumping blood a little faster, and our lungs breathing a little deeper. These are all beneficial for a long and mobile life. But if you're like me, you take breaks sometimes. And STARTING again after a break can be TOUGH. Your body gets sore. You have to "find the time". There are any number of excuses our brains can create to keep us "comfortable". But we're here for personal evolution and embracing life to its fullest. So let's move our bodies and recommit to our healthy habits - together! 💪 We're going to start small and keep things simple. Stay tuned for more information as we get closer!
