ICYMI - I'm hosting a free challenge here in our Skool community!
What's the challenge?
START WHERE YOU ARE
  • We're building upon our momentum of setting goals/intentions last week to make progress towards those sustainable, easy, healthy movement habits.
When?
  • We start officially tomorrow, but I'll be adding some new content later today.
Where?
  • Right here! There is a "course" in the classroom called "Start Where You Are Challenge," which is where I'll host all the videos & content related to the challenge.
  • So you don't have to do anything to access the whole challenge!
  • But if you WANT to receive the updates in your email and join my email list, you can sign up here!
  • Wanna share the love and invite a friend! Invite them to join our free group here or forward them this link to sign up for free! The more the merrier :)
How will it work?
  • I'll post a new easy movement habit video each day for 3 days (starting tomorrow).
  • They will be 10-15 mins long. So VERY doable to squeeze into your day.
  • Follow along when you can and add what works for you into your daily routines!
  • I'll include some bonus content as well 😉
  • So check back later today for the Intro/Welcome video!
