When it comes to trying to build and everyday habit or add something to your regular routine, we've got to make it EASY - removing all the barriers and obstacles. So let's identify what is getting in our way and we'll work toward clearing the path toward that goal (not to say we'll ever be perfect, but we might be able to get 1% better ๐)
