Look back on your week and answer one of the following questions:
- What am I most proud of myself for?
- What did I learn?
- How did I take care of myself?
- How did I take a baby step toward becoming my desired future self?
- What do I want to take with me from last week?
- What do I want to leave behind?
Don’t feel pressured to answer all of those questions, but see which one(s) feel easiest to answer them!
