1. Got my RL & pod session in; did a better job food logging, 3 workouts done despite being sick. 2. Only getting in 3 workouts because I’m sick. Very congested so not being able to breathe is a deterient.
Prepping my proteins, veg, greens for the week on Sunday. Made lunches and dinners easy for mix and match nourish bowls. Also minimized cleanup on the daily making workouts and early bed time more of a priority.
