For all of you participating in this weeks 7 Day Challenge...

Guide for THE FREE SPACE
Adventure: Go on a mini adventure or do something you wouldn't normally do
Community: Do something within your community & share the experience!
Education: Do a mental fitness activity (Visulisation, Breathwork, Meditation, Mindfulness, Grounding, Journalling, Charity
Dream: Think of and Share a dream you have and why that is your dream & why you haven't done it yet!
Share: Share a story of an epic adventure you've done or a mental heath challenge / lesson you've learnt or overcome or experience!
Inspire: Tell a story of something that has inspired you in the past! If theres a video share that link!
Guide for a Letter of Hope:
Your task, is to write a handwritten letter of hope as if you’re writing to someone you really care about but this will be to a complete stranger.
At the bottom of the letter #justanothermoment & #lettersofhope
Take a photo and upload here
Give to a complete stranger or leave somewhere to find. (Bonus points if you make get a photo with the stranger or BONUS BONUS points if you get a video with the stranger!
