My fucketlist
Well, since the bucketlist challenge is being introduced, I'd like to show you my fucketlist which is something similar to this one we're doing here. I wrote it at the end of 2023 and put 50 things on it to get them done in 4 years. There are many fucketlists with some crazy items on them but mine isn't like that. It mainly consists of things I truly honor and care about. I was so excited to write it because I knew once it was on the paper I would focus on it much more than I would if it wasn't on any paper or a list lol :) And that's what happened. In 2024 I think I ticked off 13 items which was so fun and needed because I gained confidence, started loving my life and myself more, I've never been more grateful in my whole life and I read so many good stories, learned so much, saw people do impossible things and realised what this life is REALLY about :) <3 So, here's a picture when I first wrote it, now some things are crossed off, I'll upload the current look of it too for you to see! Travelling was amazing, as you can imagine, we all love exploring new places <3 I started running because I always wanted to try it and once I put it on the list my whole new journey began! I've been to some races and I'm going to another one today and can't wait to feel that thrill and community vibe again!!! I shot out of a gun (SO fun), solved the Rubik's cube (not that hard), finally stopped biting my nails, rode a bike for 42km, started reading more and even joined a book club and changed my view of my studies, the university as an institution and my abilities to actually finish it! I've been feeling motivated, empowered, courageous, hyped up and honestly like a superhero just by changing my routine, habits, goals and state of mind! I'd highly recommend you write your own and start living YOUR best life <333

Day 2 of the adventure challenge✅
Today I didn't do the safari but the taste of novelty. I ate a new cookie, randomly chose it in a store, it's one of those healthy kinds with no added sugar and so on and I ate it in my bedroom where I don't normally eat lol. I try not to use my phone while I eat but many times I fail :) I'm glad I did it today! I'm definitely implementing this into my daily routine. And honestly, I have a lot of problems with emotional eating and obsessions with food and I'm kinda trying to fix my relationship with food overall so these tiny steps sometimes mean a lot! The cookies were soft, dry and kinda sweet. I loved them!
@Arthur Maddocks-Brown I'd want to be able to not feel like I HAVE to eat something. I'd want to feel free from the obsession about food (sugar :) I'd like to eat fruits, vegetables, whole foods mostly and not crave sugar which boosts energy very quickly but just the same drops it down... And when I do eat sugar, I would REALLY like to not eat everything I can see in front of me🤣🤣🤣

@Arthur Maddocks-Brown well I'm not eating sweets for 60 days as a punishment for a contract I failed so that's a good start🤣🤣 I'm not eating snacks either because I have a contract for that⚡ And I'm trying not to eat much of the things that do contain sugar but I've been eating a lot of salty food because of that because I run so I'm hungry all the time🤣🤣🤣 But I feel better than when I was overeating everything and couldn't stop myself :)
Day 4 of the adventure challenge✅
Today I did the analog hour🥳 I left my phone at home, brought a notebook and a pen and sat on a random bench. First, while I was walking to it, I saw a man running out of the shopping mall carrying something and the security chasing him and that was the first time I saw robbery in action🤣 Felt interesting to share🤣 Then I sat on a bench, it's not cold today, the sun is out, it was amazing to sit there. I just watched people passing by for the first 10 minutes and I felt amazing. So calm and peaceful. Then I wrote my thoughts and emotions in my notebook, that took 10 minutes too and it really helped me figure out what I'm feeling and how to deal with it. I sat a little more and then I went home. I felt the need to not touch my phone at all when I got back because I felt free without it. So this just made me realise, one more time, I want to have offline hours almost every day. And that's what I'm gonna implement into my routine. Today's challenge was beautiful and so insightful. Thank you for this @Arthur Maddocks-Brown
@Arthur Maddocks-Brown I would love to see your journal prompts, thank you so much!!

@Arthur Maddocks-Brown thank you!! /
Day 3- Analog Hour ⏰
I really enjoy journaling and I felt kind of meh this morning so doing this was beneficial on multiple levels. It felt good to brain dump. I also did some journaling for another group too, so kind of hits two challenges at once :-) Because it's cold, I didn't go out in nature, but the house was completely quiet and this is the table that I always say I want to sit and write and then I never do because I get distracted with other things. It was really nice to set this time aside :-) Had some friendly visitors and the cat also decided to join

@Georgiana D we should swap for a few days😂
@Georgiana D I totally agree! And I really love the snow and the cold so it would be an adventure for me🥳 Here, you could enjoy the spring to summer period because it's sunny and you could take walks and ride a bike and whatever you love to do outside!
Day 4- micro safari 🐾
My little outside adventure brought me some moments of really taking in all the different types of footprints out there. We have a little baby tree planted that kind of looks like a Charlie Brown tree. Apparently the deer must have eaten some of it... It was nice to be outside :-) the box breathing ahead of time was initially hard, only because I wanted to get going 😂 but it does feel nice. I struggle with taking a pause. Like a real deep breathing pause.

@Georgiana D I'm so glad it made such an impact🥺🥺🥺 It's just a sentence but so much can be drawn from it🥺 You already had it in you, that's why you noticed something like that and that's wonderful🍀🥳
@Georgiana D thank you so much, you are too! 🥺❤️🥰
