Hi All! My name is Heather and while I’ve lived in Southwest Colorado for the past 30+ years, I’m currently roaming the earth trying to find my place and in the meantime having adventures. I wanted to join this community because I have big, hairy, audacious goals that surprise even me when I reach them and I want to witness and share that journey with others. Naming THE BEST lesson is hard. But here is one that just popped into my head: Everything is temporary and everything can change in an instant. I’m always surprised at how quickly and easily things can change and turn around—especially when least expected. My favorite place in the world is in nature. Mental health…Ooooft. I’m in the thick of it these days with my heavy grief. But it doesn't stop me from trying to live my life at my fullest. Currently spending the winter on a remote island in Scotland. I see A LOT of rainbows. I watched as this one appeared and disappeared right in front of my eyes.
