Has anybody successfully got past the CAP1 Identity verification?
I was trying to get the promotion for opening a Capital One checking since I already have a cc with them but every time I get to a screen saying: we need to verify your identity, and then a follow up email with
verify your identity to open your new account' however they only accept US issued gov ID's on that platform
