Hello Community,
We’re kicking off strong next week with not 1, not 2 but 3 events.
We hope you can join us at one of them:
1️⃣August 26th, 8.30am CET: Our regular 30-minute Hangout to check-in & share what’s on our minds and in our hearts.

2️⃣August 27th, 1pm CET: Client Value Workshop
We believe that when companies focus on Inner Development, they stop chasing external success metrics and start aligning what they say they value with what they actually do.
The question is: How do we get there with companies?
The answer: We meet them where they are, and we speak their language.
If we only speak about the IDGs, we risk sounding too abstract. But if we can use language that meets them where they’re at, addresses real business problems, we open the door. We can “sell” them what they want, and then gently give them what they truly need: the IDGs.
How to translate the IDGs into concrete outcomes your clients care about.
Together, we’ll reflect on: ✨ How to frame the IDGs in ways that resonate with your clients ✨ How to balance “what they want” with “what they need” ✨ How to address their ‘pain points’ AND lead to real-world outcomes
This will be an interactive session where we learn from each other, share what works, and leave with practical ways to bring the IDGs alive in our client work.

3️⃣ August 28th, 10am CET: Decolonization: A 3-part conversation series
At the recent Caux Inner Development Goals (IDG) Forum in July 2025, a question surfaced that many of us have felt but not often spoken aloud: If inner development is to help us transform the world, whose knowledge shapes it, who decides the priorities, and how do we ensure it does not replicate the very systems of exclusion it seeks to change?
This three-part series lead by is an invitation to explore: ✨How colonisation lives in us, in ways of thinking, relating, and deciding, and how it propagates through the systems we live and work in.
✨ How we might re-pattern frameworks like the IDGs (and the many other systems we build our world around) so they truly reflect diverse authorship and access.
✨How each of us, regardless of where we live, our identity, or our role, can carry this conversation forward in our own contexts.
This 1st session is all about seeing the pattern - recognising the inner and systemic imprints of colonisation
All sessions will be participatory, using dialogue prompts and live input collection (via a shared Google Doc) to ensure everyone’s voice is captured.
We’d love for you to join us.
