Join us on February 3rd at 12.30 for a 30-minute session looking at the question “What is My Role Now?” These weekly sessions are designed to be self-reflective and hold space for shared sense-making. They're are a good way to get to know other members of our community, happen weekly, every Tuesday and are free for all.. 2. Thursday, February 5th we’re going live from 13.00 with the Facilitator Incubator. This first session is all about Hosting Yourself. The most important thing as a facilitator is that we fully show up in our BEING. 👉Detachment as a Facilitation Discipline is the focus of this session. No techniques. No fixing. No right answers. This session is your chance to notice what happens when you stay fully present without trying to steer the outcome. If you facilitate groups and feel the subtle pull to intervene, rescue, or make things “work,” this space is for you. Come curious. Join us here With gratitude for the work you're doing in the world. These weekly sessions are designed to support self-reflection, shared learning, and collective sense-making. Together, we’ll create space to reflect on how leadership is evolving and how we can lead with greater awareness, trust, and impact in complex times. Skill Builders are a great way to: - Pause and reflect on your leadership practice - Learn alongside peers from our community - Strengthen relational and human-centered skills - Connect in a supportive, thoughtful environment Sessions take place every Tuesday, are open to all community members, and are completely free. Hello community! Since creating ID@W in Oct 2024 we have been supporting, providing learning spaces, listening, co-creating and devoting our time and resources to building this community. During the past 16 months. we have continued to grow with you and many others all over the world who are providing education, learning, coaching and leadership services in a myriad of different ways. We’re not perfect but we’re motivated by action to make a positive difference in the world today and the future, which is the reason why we decided at the end of 2025 we needed to create an independent non profit so that we can take ID@W to the next level. Here's the NEWS We're now offering - 𝐓𝐖𝐎 𝐓𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐬 of engagement 👉The 1st Tier is the weekly Skill Builder session as well as everything in the General discussion and News channels that we’ll continue to post and share and hope that you will too. 🌞 2nd Tier is NEW - Offering additional learning and practice spaces and is referred to as Premium The Premium tier offers 2 new services: A Sales & Marketing lab - the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 13.00 CET A Design & Facilitation Incubator - the 1st Thursday of each month at 13.00 CET 💥The Sales Lab is for all people working to build their business, strengthen their presence with clarity and build sustainable growth. 💥Facilitation & Design Incubator is for learning and development consultants, educators, facilitators, community organizers who want to be hosting sessions to help people to think and work better together.
