I practiced long tones, pitch bends, the Bb minor scale, I did ugly flute practice:) worked on It Is Well in the sharp keys. The hardest part of practice today was It Is Well in E. No idea why that was the hardest. Maybe I needed a break:) I was also working on playing along with this prayer song Kimberly and Alberto Rivera. I liked that I was able to blend in. Some of it needed help with the tuning and it was an abrupt ending. Do you all feel good about your practice sessions over all? Sometimes I feel great and sometimes not so much. Today was a bit challenging, but it felt good overall.

What have you guys been practicing today? I spent most of my day today in the hospital with my mother in law who fell last night. I got home and practiced some prayer music with Kimberly and Alberto Riviera. It was so nice to feel peaceful and relax. As I played along I worked on tuning and was mostly successful.
