Practicing CCCC GGG
I am posting my some of my practice time with the 1-5 chords in C. In my last lesson, Vic asked me to play chromatic between the chord tones, so I threw some of those in my practice. I liked that I added some variations, I would support more next time and of course more dynamics!!! Always more dynamics!! Haha I would also, not record when my dog was in the room. Excuse his barking at the end:)

May Intros Contest!!! "I improvise!"
I give away a free private lesson each month to the winner of the introductions contest! Most likes from the community wins... Congratulations @Sue Lenssen for winning April! This May, let's improvise simply with our voices: "I improvise!" Take the phrase "I improvise," and make a short recording improvising with your voice! How can you change the pitch, volume, rhythm, or other elements of music to make it your own?! PS - this gives you a chance to discover the feature of attaching an audio recording to a comment here in Skool!

https://youtu.be/DKC-lRhvdNY?si=otQ8CzoCv6-3TKan Is anyone attached to their flute? This is such a fun video! I was super attached to my flute (Yamaha 581, gold plated) that I got before going to college in 1986. It was stolen about 15 years ago and I don't think I ever got over it. I found the same make and model Yamaha and am trying it out and plan on purchasing it. I love it! I never quite got attached to the flute that replaced it though, although it is a good flute (Muramatsu exiii). What about you? How do you feel about your flute?

I was trying to figure out how to loop it and remembered you can do that with the transpose tool.
