Embrace Failure…
I want to be known as the man who fails more than anyone else…not because I’m incapable, but because what I chase is so great. This quote hits so deeply and brings me right back to every major failure… The Marathon in 2023. My first attempt at a 500 lbs Deadlift. My first attempt at a 500 lbs Squat. Each of this failures came with profound Joy. If you set your goal beyond anything you would imagine you could achieve, to something Impossible, just the opportunity to step into an arena of that magnitude with leave you speechless. Then the outcome just becomes extra. All we have to do is build the person worthy of stepping into that arena to find their highest Potential… And the Process will take care of the rest. 🙏🏻 What are some of your experiences with failure, and how did you come overcome and move forward from those experiences? ❤️‍🔥

Take Ownership of Everything…
This quote from Nick is brutal, but absolutely true. He is ex special forces and a fellow handicapped person and he is a brilliant mind who does a lot of great work in the space. We spend a lot of time and energy looking at fault, looking for who/what to blame for anything negative in our lives. This is a waste of time. Even if we would be successful in determining “fault,” it does absolutely nothing for remedying the problem. Whether a certain challenge is our fault or not does nothing to change the fact that it is our responsibility to overcome it. And when we recognize this, we can begin to put all of our time and energy and resource into taking ownership of, solving, and overcoming the challenge before us. We aren’t always to blame for The Impossible in our lives, but we are ALWAYS responsible for how we respond to it. Own it. BE IMPOSSIBLE ❤️‍🔥
Take Ownership of Everything…
In the Marrow of the Psyche
There is a beast that needs to be fed. There is an ego, which needs to be appeased. This ego will seem to be a veil of which we set in front of our self, our image, of which people external of us are to experience. A seemingly untamable, visceral power which sinks its claws into our part of the brain that makes decisions. We must make judgment and commit to the process of enlightenment of self, by the rule of our ego. So can we “conquer” this ego? Is conquering it even worth the time and effort? Is conquering our ego even possible? Or, are we able to furnish upon its lavish throne, a tapestry of compromise and compassion for others desires and needs? Let me know your thoughts. Austin
