Chef Lily and I did some awesome meal prep this morning. 🙏🏻 Meal prep can be a pretty daunting task, but it’s a crucial piece to fueling healthfully. You have to set yourself up for success in the moments when it gets difficult so you don’t fall off the path. 1.) You need something Healthy 2.) You need something Convenient 3.) You need something Delicious you are excited to eat Canned and Frozen options are perfect for meeting these criteria, especially in the Convenience rule. The luxury of a well cooked and prepared meal is not often available with busy lives. This is especially true when you have a 1 year old as your Sous-Chef 😂🙏🏻 This whole prep took about 15-20 mins and will feed me and Lily for the next few days.
