Raced the KeltX hybrid race again today. Third one to be organised and it is a belter! Doubles or relays only, so team work is the key.
7 x 800m runs with stations after each run:
2.5km bike erg
100 American KB swings @24kg
1k ski
100 sand bags lunges @30kg
1k row
100 burpee returns
100 wall balls @6kg
Beat our time at this venue by a minute and given how hot it is here in the UK at the moment, I will definitely take that. I felt stronger in the runs, so the run classes that are here are definitely making me a stronger runner.
Next race is in October and we will get another PB beer again 🙌
