Steak & Sweet Potato Bowls 🥩🔥

Ingredients:
6 oz lean flank steak
1 medium sweet potato
½ cup green beans
½ tsp olive oil
Paprika, salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
  1. Dice sweet potato and roast at 400°F for about 20 minutes
  2. Season steak with paprika, salt & pepper
  3. Grill or pan-cook steak to your desired doneness. Let it rest before slicing
  4. Steam or sauté green beans for 4-5 minutes, you’re done😋
