Don’t quit when it feels slow🗣️
Sometimes there is a temptation to put your health and working out to the side when life gets busy. Stay locked in! Things come up, your schedule will change, but keep prioritizing YOU. Here’s 3 keys to staying encouraged when the process feels hard🙏🏼 1. Recognize what IS working. Instead of fixating on what hasn’t happened yet, look at what’s actually improving! 2. Remind yourself why you started. When motivation fades, your why is what keeps you going. You didn’t start this journey for no reason. Reconnect with that reason and let it push you through the slow seasons. 3. Speak life over yourself. What you say to yourself during the hard moments matters more than you think. Encourage yourself and speak good things on purpose 🙌🏽 What’s one thing you’re encouraging yourself with today 🔥👇🏽

By doing decrees every day even when my schedule changes no matter how late it is I’ve been to doing the decrees to keep me motivated and to keep me focused and going I will finish the race 🤗

Thank you Pastor Leah I needed to hear my mind was telling to give up when I just started and telling me you don’t understand what your doing but that when I said to my self I’m just beginning I know I can do this and where there is challenge there is change so I’m going to continue to push through and I’m so grateful to be part of this Heath program 🤗
