Vulnerability dissolves shame! ❤️‍🔥

Hey beauty’s!!! So I want to chime in about one of the biggest transmutational Ive ever had! It was my bday last week, and at the same time on vacation I found out my new “love” was lying & cheating. So instead of sitting in shame/fear/guilt/grief alone, I decided to announce it publicly & to all my loved ones. It was like a giant weight was lifted off of my womb, heart & spirit! The shame that was his, that was trying to enter me, completely dissolved cuz I was courageous enough to shine a vulnerable light on it!

I share because there’s so many times we think we have to carry our experience, our emotional baggage, our perceptions & stories alone! Especially when we think “we did it wrong”! And that’s TOTAL BULLSHIT! That’s the shadow convincing us we’re not worthy of love or not enough to receive solution/support!

I wanted to give space here for anything you want to transmute by exposure. Bringing shadow to light to air it out. Can be small. No judgment . No pressure. Just invitation.
