Hello, My name is Ashley. I am a mom and a wife. Somewhere along the way i stopped asking myself who i was and what i needed. So I decided to join after talking to Shanna about her online yoga classes after a women's circle I attended in Naples and I am super happy that I did. There is so much knowledge here with all of the prerecorded items that we have access to as well as the 2 live classes a week (one of these days I'll get up early enough for the Thursday one). Right now I'm happy to connect with other women and have access to all of this amazing knowledge these ladies have blessed us with.
