I love that The Fragility of All or Nothing is the theme of Day 1’s lesson because I could already get into my head about not having finished the journal prompts & the entire workout from the first day! I could let it derail me and have me stop showing up completely…. But I’m gonna use this morning to take it at my own pace, do what I can, and trust that putting my effort into what I have capacity for is better than trying to stuff myself into a box and try to be “perfect” 🫶🏼
Yup, that’s the work! Day by day, moment by moment! I wrote the prompts in my journal & have been going back to them through out the morning to evening to complete them. I even had to complete day 1 on day 2. So good to give grace & Pace ourselves as we need. Thx for sharing babe!
I've been wanting to use my pool more this summer so I did my get grounding walk in it. I just attempted to do the 11min somatic practice 😆, it was different, but still felt the rejuvenation and calm.
