I just got my moon cycle and was looking for some gentle movement but nothing too strenuous. I remembered seeing that there was a moon cycle friendly floor flow in the movement library - it was the perfect amount of nourishing, gentle movement that I needed today! Ooo I haven’t read this one! Will add it! Or perhaps I can borrow it when you’re done! I’m currently reading an older book called “The trick to money is having some.” By Stuart Wilde. Kind of a metaphysical take but practical & tons of mindset expansion. He’ll definitely make you feel a bit like an ass about how you relate to money lol but in a good way 😆. I’m enjoying it! A couple of my favs that I recommend a lot : Living Nonviolent communication by Marshal Rosenberg & Conversations with God; an uncommon dialogue.
I’ve been moving through some hard waves of grief and fear this past week and have wanted nothing more than to just stay in bed every morning and skip my hard, heavy workouts. My friend Casey was a very strong power lifter an today’s hard ass workout was for him. 💪
