I love that The Fragility of All or Nothing is the theme of Day 1’s lesson because I could already get into my head about not having finished the journal prompts & the entire workout from the first day! I could let it derail me and have me stop showing up completely…. But I’m gonna use this morning to take it at my own pace, do what I can, and trust that putting my effort into what I have capacity for is better than trying to stuff myself into a box and try to be “perfect” 🫶🏼

I relate so much to Day 79 Intuition and Inner Guidance. I'm constantly questioning myself, asking others for their opinions but I've learned over the years that I can answer my questions and validate myself. I ask other's questions to see all points of views but I try and trust my gut more and more. Great listen if you haven't listened to it yet.
