with everything going on in the world, what are the themes you are experiencing?
what are the themes you or the people around you are experiencing right now? how has your energy been shifting over the last year? with AI, the global energy etc? and what do you most desire in your life right now? what you are your biggest challenges? I'm on a flight to LA right now to go on a podcast this week and I'm curious and will touch on some of what I see in the content!

When you go through a spiritual awakening many feel like the lone wolves in their family. This community is a way to connect with other people like you… dedicated to healing the past, spiritual growth, and creating their dream life. This is not about surface level change or thinking better thoughts… it’s about doing the inner work, looking at subconscious parts most people avoid (the shadow) and creating inside out transformation. There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community section  3. No posting “who else lives in New York?” Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. Be supportive and accepting of other people. Like posts, support other people and encourage them.

Vedic Wisdom: Bhagavad Gita-chapter 2-verse 2
In spiritual life, one of the most important things to understand is this: The Absolute Truth is one—but it can be experienced in different ways, depending on how deeply we perceive it. In the Vedic teachings, this is explained very clearly. The same truth is realized in three stages: Brahman, Paramātmā, and Bhagavān. Brahman is the all-pervading spiritual energy—the sense that everything is one, a kind of vast, undifferentiated consciousness. Paramātmā is more personal—the presence of the Divine within the heart, guiding, witnessing, accompanying you. And Bhagavān is the fullest realization—the Supreme Person, with whom you can have a real relationship. A simple way to understand this is through the example of the sun. From a distance, you experience sunlight. It’s everywhere. It’s powerful, but you don’t see its source directly. This is like Brahman. If you look deeper, you begin to perceive the sun itself—the source of that light. This is like Paramātmā. But if you could actually enter into the sun and experience it fully, you would understand its nature in a complete way. This is like Bhagavān—the full, personal reality behind everything. All three are true. But they are not the same depth of experience. And this matters—especially for those of us who are building, leading, creating, and living very full lives. Because if your understanding of the ultimate reality is only impersonal, it can feel expansive—but also distant. There is no relationship, no exchange, no deeper connection. But when you understand Bhagavān—the personal aspect of the Divine—something shifts. Your work becomes an offering. Your decisions become guided. Your life becomes relational, not just functional. You are no longer just part of an energy. You are in connection. This is why the Bhagavad-Gītā—the “Song of Bhagavān”—focuses on this highest understanding. It doesn’t deny the earlier stages. It completes them. So the journey is not about rejecting one truth for another. It’s about going deeper—until the truth becomes personal, alive, and transformative.

Full Guide to Meditation
I used to not meditate. I used to struggle with the act of sitting down with no distractions and only focusing on my breath. It was boring and I remember the first time I ever did one, which was in November 2023. I just searched up on YouTube this follow-along meditation and I did 10 minutes right away. I wish I had gone ahead and got the better of my ego and had made it actually sustainable for myself because it made me want to quit how I was doing it. I did not enjoy the process of this and I just want to tell you: imagine there was a way to do the meditation process without it feeling difficult, with it actually being enjoyable and with it getting you healing results. Wouldn't that be the best case? Of course and in this post I'll just tell you exactly what I did to achieve that so without further ado let's do it. The benefits 1. Presence. They say that a present name is happy. That's actually true but a lot of people say that but you probably don't know why. It's because whenever your mind isn't wandering and whenever you're spending time with a friend or whatever or you're immersed in a task that gets you in the flow state, then what does your mind fixate on? Usually negative thoughts and that's why having a present mind is much better for your happiness, your healing journey, and all this nervous system regulation. 2. Positive feedback loop. Whenever we have more friends and connections in our life, our nervous system will get more regulated and at peace because it's been like, "Oh well I've got a group of people," because your nervous system is still, it still thinks it's thousands of years ago, right, and it only sees survival instincts like "Oh food, water, social connections, all that," and this will help with that, meditation will improve your social life due to increased happiness. 3. Improved focus. Whenever you start meditating, even for a little as I would say, even three minutes, you will be able to focus better on what you care about, like maybe starting to be a doctor or something like that, or being an online culture something.
We Are Spiritual Free Agents
I saw that later today, NBA free agency starts. That reminds me that we are spiritual free agents every day. We can choose a new direction. From a simple new daily practice, to a new city and job, and everything in between. Best of all, we can do that any day, just not certain ones, and we don't need an agent! We can all sign a soul contract for team 5D!
