with everything going on in the world, what are the themes you are experiencing?
what are the themes you or the people around you are experiencing right now? how has your energy been shifting over the last year? with AI, the global energy etc? and what do you most desire in your life right now? what you are your biggest challenges? I'm on a flight to LA right now to go on a podcast this week and I'm curious and will touch on some of what I see in the content!

This is not about surface level change or thinking better thoughts… it’s about doing the inner work, looking at subconscious parts most people avoid (the shadow) and creating inside out transformation. There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community section  3. No posting “who else lives in New York?” Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. Be supportive and accepting of other people. Like posts, support other people and encourage them.

Query regarding the Shift Academy membership
Hello there. Hope you all are well. This question is meant for the admins of this space. I have purchased the Shift Acadeny membership yestrtday... im pretty excited ! I have been facing some challenging wrt implementing new habits and changes to my life. And this program seems like a great way to introduce awareness and Shift in my day and life :) I have some questions though. When I click on the link , I can access a number of previous workshops. And meditation and breathwork sessions. My question - How can I avail of the personalised coaching and planning ? Also , when I click on the private community Facebook group link , there's a technical error and im not able to join it. I wonder if the link has expired ? If there's a new link you could share with me , id be delighted cause im excited to join the The Shift members space online 😄 Ok thats all. Take care. Have a nice day !

Query regarding the Shift Academy membership
Nothing works
Hi, I'm 23 years old and I feel lost in life. I know it's probably normal at this age, but sometimes I just can't cope with it. I don't know what to do with this feeling. I keep questioning whether I'm in the right relationship and whether I'm making the right decisions, ruminating my past, what I should do and so on. I wish I could feel safe, but my nervous system feels like it's falling apart. Every day feels like a battle just to feel a little better. I wish I could wake up feeling happy that a new day has begun, instead of waking up with the weight of worry on my shoulders. Please don't give me advice like sleep, meditation, yoga, breathing exercises, or walks in nature. I already do all of those things. Sometimes I don't know how to approach myself, because when I try to change my thinking, it feels like I'm fighting against myself. It's a bit like repeating affirmations that don't feel true to me and forcing myself to believe them. When I try to think more positively, the difficult emotions and trauma stay quiet for a few days, and then I break down and everything comes back all at once. On the other hand, when I allow myself to feel those emotions and simply observe them, I feel like I'm going to drown in them and that they'll never go away. I have a tendency to always want to fix myself, and I'm looking for ways to do that, even now, by writing this. But maybe I should accept that I'm lost, that I don't yet feel that sense of safety and peace. I'll probably go to therapy, but maybe someone has had a similar experience, or has some advice for me...
Full Guide to Meditation
I used to not meditate. I used to struggle with the act of sitting down with no distractions and only focusing on my breath. It was boring and I remember the first time I ever did one, which was in November 2023. I just searched up on YouTube this follow-along meditation and I did 10 minutes right away. I wish I had gone ahead and got the better of my ego and had made it actually sustainable for myself because it made me want to quit how I was doing it. I did not enjoy the process of this and I just want to tell you: imagine there was a way to do the meditation process without it feeling difficult, with it actually being enjoyable and with it getting you healing results. Wouldn't that be the best case? Of course and in this post I'll just tell you exactly what I did to achieve that so without further ado let's do it. The benefits 1. Presence. They say that a present name is happy. That's actually true but a lot of people say that but you probably don't know why. It's because whenever your mind isn't wandering and whenever you're spending time with a friend or whatever or you're immersed in a task that gets you in the flow state, then what does your mind fixate on? Usually negative thoughts and that's why having a present mind is much better for your happiness, your healing journey, and all this nervous system regulation. 2. Positive feedback loop. Whenever we have more friends and connections in our life, our nervous system will get more regulated and at peace because it's been like, "Oh well I've got a group of people," because your nervous system is still, it still thinks it's thousands of years ago, right, and it only sees survival instincts like "Oh food, water, social connections, all that," and this will help with that, meditation will improve your social life due to increased happiness. 3. Improved focus. Whenever you start meditating, even for a little as I would say, even three minutes, you will be able to focus better on what you care about, like maybe starting to be a doctor or something like that, or being an online culture something.
