I don't have to help to be safe. I'm allowed to do the thing(s) that is mine and let i come back to me. Fixer/pleaser strategy that keeps me safe & validated while quietly avoiding my own edges. The subtle payoff is control & worthiness; the cost is dilution of my true expression.
