Breakthrough - From Homework Assignment Beyond Fear

During the breathwork I I felt tense and insecure around my neck as hard as I tried I couldn't fully settle. I sat with being unsettled and later in the day I had an insight ah my fear is that it won't happen. My expectation was it would cause more pain. Then I realised I was the one who could make it happen. Which revealed a deeper fear that I was afraid I wouldn't be accepted - didn't initially associate this to looking for approval 🙄Once I realised this I was able to accept myself.

This morning I was able to accept any tension in my neck and relax with it and connect to my loving self. I am including a record of the insights I received this morning with the hope that it may also assist you to release tension and find the pearls of wisdom beyond. With love to all💞

This is also my breakthrough challenge to go beyond my comfort zone of being rejected for being to deep - to much.

The Emanation of I: A Circle of Clarity and love.

I is purity itself — pure divine unconditional love. Everything else flows from that source.

Not a ladder to climb, but a circle of wholeness radiating from the centre.

This is not a conclusion, but an initiation — a foundation for remembering, contemplating and giving birth to love.

What This Means

I is not becoming pure. I is the purity itself. From that centre, love is known, expressed, created, accepted, perceived, understood and returned to as peace.

This makes the movement circular, whole and complete. Each expression comes from I and returns to I. The whole map is a reminder that nothing needs to be forced or reached for; all qualities are emanations of the original source.

The Touch of Love

It is the constant presence of love touching the heart that brings tears of recognition — not from pain, but from the knowing of truth.

These tears are not a sign of being lost, broken or hurt. They are the heart opening and recognising what is true, beautiful and already present. In that moment, love is not an idea; it is felt as a deep realisation of our soul’s beauty — our spirit of unconditional love.

That is how I know it has reached a deeper level: the heart responds before the mind can explain it. The tears become a quiet confirmation that truth has been recognised, beauty has been remembered, and I, as purity, has touched the soul through love.

Clarity as Emanation

Clarity is not separate from I. It is one of the first emanations of purity itself. When I is recognised as pure divine unconditional love, clarity begins to flow naturally — not as control, but as clear seeing.

Through this clarity, love is no longer confused with effort, creation is no longer separated from source, and peace is no longer something to chase. Clarity reveals that all expressions are already held within the wholeness of I.

Clarity as the Space of Seeing

Clarity is also the quiet space in which the circle can be seen. It is the stillness that allows the soul to recognise the pattern: I at the centre, all expressions flowing outward, and everything returning home.

In this way, clarity is both the light that comes from I and the space that allows I to be known. It does not force meaning into place; it gently reveals what has always been whole.
