Well after getting myself out of a wee bit of sadness.....I did two days of 5 mile walks the last 2 days.well three counting today.
.it's always nice how once you are up and out (and it can be a struggle) how much better you feel.
totally continue my daily goal of say something kind/compliment someone every day. it makes me so happy to make them happy. I told someone this morning how beautiful their garden is...and he was so happy he gave me flowers.
