Rest week
Hi everyone, I sadly won’t be attending the workouts this week. Crosby was so excited after his spa day he exuberantly displayed his joy in a number of puppy zooms that turned me and my chair (with my Firefly power wheel attached) sideways. I still have arm rests on my chair and I was slammed into the left one with enough force to knock the wind out of me. The result of Crosby’s joy has brought me strained back muscles and a broken rib 🤷♀️. Hope you all have a great week!
