I go to bed early because I get up at 4:20am and workout before work. So....I go to bed at 8pm. I am trying to make sure I eat dinner by 6pm so I can have at least 2 hours fasted before I take my Tesa right before bed. My question is, am I wasting it doing that?
I like taking it for the sleep benefits so I dont want to switch it to mornings but I also dont want to waste it by not being very "fasted".....especially since I am also on Reta so digestion is slow. I dont really feel like my stomach is empty after that 2 hours. Tesa is expensive though so I dont want to waste money.....any thoughts?
