Has anyone else come across the two schools of thought regarding the appropriate daily dosing for Epithalon or Epitalon? As I was doing research, I noticed that some charts use the dosing based on the Russian study of Epithalamin which was 5 mg to 10 mg per day. However, it has been debated that the synthetic version of the peptide we are using Epithalon requires a dramatically lower dose per day, and that was suggested at 500 mcg-1mg per day. Those are two significantly different dosing schools of thought. And I understand the research behind. It makes sense, but I haven’t found a consistent answer as to which one is correct or maybe there is no answer.

When is it best to take these two peptides? Morning or before bed?

My wife is wanting to start semaglutide. If I buy a10 mg vial of semaglutide, how much back water should I put in it and how many units should I pull on the syringe? The whole mg/ units is something I’m still working on. And I do think you do much for your help as you’ve been a blessing. No one else helps like you do

Accidentally injected 3mg Tirz instead of 3mg Reta. What to I do now? Wait the week out? Use both? I am so scared of side effects.

Does this look right? Should I change anything? NAD - 500 mg vial, added 3 ml BAC, want to start with 25 mg 2-3x week so it would be 15 units? MOTS - 40 mg vial, added 2 ml BAC, want to do 5 mg 2-3x week so it would be 25 units?
