I’m currently on NAD. After I finish this 12 weeks, I would like to try the MOTSC. I’ve heard that they do similar things and shouldn’t be taken together because then you won’t know which one is delivering benefits, but I’ve also heard that they work great together. What has been your experience?
@Hack Smith I’ve been loving the NAD for energy. I’m considering MOTS for the other benefits, so if that’s the case, would it be okay to run them together? Or if MOTS is just as good for energy is it even necessary to still run NAD?
I’m just wondering a couple of things - what’s the best injection site for GHK? I was doing it on my abdomen, but I am so sick of the bruises so I switched to my butt cheek. I’m assuming it’s just as effective there, but I’m curious where others inject.
Curious if this group is worth keeping around. Nobody really posts, etc. Before, the $10/mo group was too expensive. The Facebook was too suppressive. Now we have this, and it seems obsolete. Let me know!

I’m curious how others are using NAD+ I am currently doing it three times a week 50 units of 500mg. How often are you using it and how many units? I’m wondering if I should increase mine.
@Amy Mc yes overall my energy is improved, but like I said, I feel the most energy and the best on the days that I inject. If there’s no major objections to doing it every day then I’m willing to do that.
