Tesa
Ordered Tesa from Atomik sale and now I’m considering waiting until winter to start it because of all the water retention stories! In the winter I can wear bagging clothes etc. Is the water retention that bad?

I only gained a few pounds in the first couple weeks (back in January) and then it was gone. I haven't experienced any other symptoms of water retention since.
Fasting
Does anyone still fast when doing r3t@? I haven’t started yet, but I normally do a 24 hr once a week and sometimes 48s and 72s. Is fasting still a good idea on this? I also want to make absolutely sure I am doing this right as I have never done peps. If I have a 10mg bottle, I am putting in 1 mL Bac correct? Then if I want a . 5 dose then I am filling the syringe (100U) to 5 correct?

Your math is correct. I am not sure about the fasting.. you will lose muscle mass if not eating enough protein.
Hi! Im new, seeking to reverse engineer
Currently on prescribed NAD and Tesa. Feel amazing! BTW Hacks book puts things into perspective.

Lost in the sea of conflicting pepper talk
Brand new and havent start my first peptide yet; still researching, lurking in groups, trying to learn and absorb as much as possible. There is so much conflicting data readily available. But I've landed here and feel safe, surrounded by knowledge and quality guidance. My first goal is to lose weight and increase energy so I've decided to try Reta. I'm also intrigued with KLOW because of the gut health and collagen benefits. I'm 58, my energy has tanked. I dont have significant food noise, fasting isnt an issue but it doesnt move the scale. I cant seem to find any information on how much time I should wait between adding an additional pep? IE if I begin with KLOW to build up gut health benefits before starting Reta, should I run a full 20 day cycle first? How long are you taking a pep before introducing a new one into your stack? I read that I'm throwing money away if I dont heal my mitochondria with SS-31 first. Is there any validity to that? Sorry for the essay, I promise I'm trying to research before reaching out for help.

I usually wait 3-4 weeks before adding a new pep once I start one. Also, KLOW is great but I prefer to get all of them individually so I have more control over each dose and so I know how my body reacts to all of them.
