Site Injections for BPC/TB/Cartalax/etc?
So the question was asked on whether or not you need to site inject these compounds in order for them to work. The answer is no, but let me give you some insight into how I do it.
If my shoulder hurts, I will inject in my shoulder. If my knee hurts, I could inject in my thigh. If I pull a twerk muscle, I'll just put them in the glutes.
Why? Because those injection sites are comfortable, convenient, and places I would typically pin something anyways..
HOWEVER, if I had plantar fasciitis, there is NO SHOT I'm pinning the bottom of my foot. I also would not pin in my ankles. I probably wouldn't try in my wrist either.
So if you want to go closer to the site of injury, really just choose the nearest common injection sites or comfortable injection sites. It's not necessary to go at the site of pain, but this is a way to get the best of both worlds (maybe you do feel like going closer is better!) I guess that is the best way to explain it.
