What’s Confusing?
Hey everyone! I like to ask this question periodically as it helps me direct my focus. What is the most confusing thing to you right now? Where are you getting stuck? Let me know below!

@Bryn Dean I would go off for as long as you can until you need to use it again. Ultimately, there’s no reason to be using something you don’t have an absolute need for.
Vetted Vendors and Resources
Below is my current list of vetted vendors. I regularly review companies before adding them, and I only recommend sources that I've personally evaluated. You can always find the most up-to-date vendor list, along with current sales and promotions, at: https://hacksmithspeptalk.com/products Use code HACKSMITH whenever possible. It is generally the discount code that provides the maximum available savings at any given time. RUO Generally one of the best-priced sources available. Offers 7x testing on select products and carries a broad variety of compounds, including some that are difficult to find elsewhere. https://ruo.bio/?ref=hacksmith Atomik Labz Excellent overall selection, competitive pricing, frequent sales, and fast shipping. https://atomiklabz.com/aff/17/ During 25% off sales, use code HACKSMITH25. Peptira Great pricing, frequent promotions, and an easy ordering system for 3-packs, 5-packs, and 10-packs. Fast shipping and also ships to Canada. https://peptira.com/?ref=hacksmith Solution Peptides Sister company to Atomik Labz. Similar product quality, pricing, sales, and shipping experience. https://solutionpeptides.net/aff/34/ During 25% off sales, use code HACKSMITH25. AminoWell Good company with competitive pricing and a solid overall selection. https://aminowellusa.com/?ref=kcrqnltl Bulk Peptides Essentially the bulk (10-pack) version of RUO's product line. Among the best pricing available if you're purchasing in volume. Access Code: HACKSMITH https://bulkpeptides.com Strate Labs Currently winding down operations. Significant discounts are available while inventory lasts. Expected closure date is July 1, 2026. https://stratelabs.com Limitless Biotech Probably the broadest selection available. Pricing tends to be higher than most competitors, but if you're looking for something uncommon, there's a good chance you'll find it here.

@Purple P oh yeah. idk why I left them off the list. bioslab is on my site and is Canada based. but they're pricier than Peptira.

@Purple P I know… and honestly, I’ve tried. Most of the ones people in Canada have told me they’ve found are sketchy. Peptira honestly is the best bet. Aminowell can do international too so may be worth checking out to see.
BPC157
Anyone with specific experience using for quicker healing for a broken elbow that was surgically repaired? I'm seeing primarily for muscle and tendon repair, so maybe not a good option for this case? Any suggestions appreciated

It could help with faster recovery from the surgery!
Dihexa
does anyone have experience with Dihexa?

I’ve used it. Didn’t think it was super great. But will probably give it another go at some point
Looking for advice
Hi everyone, I've been reading, watching videos, and researching KLOW for weeks, and somehow I feel more confused than when I started. 😅 Also, I realize I'm a little shy to ask for help... I'm mainly interested because of chronic ligament/joint pain in my right hip and some gum health issues. The blend appeals to me because it's more affordable than buying several products separately. Also, I wanna see if I can stick to it. If you were explaining KLOW to a complete beginner, what would you tell me? What resources helped you the most, and what mistakes should I avoid? For context, my only experience with peps so far is that I've been on a very low dose of tirz for a few months and now, am considering switching from the Lilly pen to a vial to help with costs. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! 🙏

Honestly, I would just start with a single compound and see if that can do the trick. Even KPV in itself may help with what you're describing. Or even BPC by itself. So you wouldn't HAVE to start all in with KLOW to get the desired benefits potentially. Not sure if you've considered giving that a shot or not.
