Hi everyone, I've been reading, watching videos, and researching KLOW for weeks, and somehow I feel more confused than when I started. 😅 Also, I realize I'm a little shy to ask for help... I'm mainly interested because of chronic ligament/joint pain in my right hip and some gum health issues. The blend appeals to me because it's more affordable than buying several products separately.
