With quite a few new athletes joining us over the last few weeks, I thought it would be really helpful to clear up all the confusing acronyms and abbreviations you see on TrainingPeaks (TP).
You know the ones — TSS, CTL, ATL, TSB, IF, VI, FTP, rTSS… it can feel like learning a new language!
Six years ago, Tim and I recorded a podcast where we break down all these metrics in simple, easy-to-understand terms and — most importantly — explain how they actually relate to your training and performance.
