Update: Implemented...
Last week I took notes on how engagement was guided in this group. It was done so fluidly that it became natural and I now look forward to it. A couple days ago, I made some similar changes in my group as well as started my VA on using Wingman for messages. We crushed it yesterday with engagement a few upsells in the group. I'm enjoying this process. I'm especially enjoying commenting and supporting all the cool humans in here. Just wanted to give this group it's flowers! Have a great day everyone.

Best tools that have helped me get into my Deep Work Zone
1. Count down clock (helps me re-focus and increase my focus as time goes on as the clock is about to run out of time) 2. My music play list (I don't feel quite as alone and for some reason it creates magic for me) 3. writing pad within arms length - for when I get those intrusive thoughts I can capture them - know I will get back to them and not be distracted from what I'm trying to focus on. What helps you stay focused when you are in your deep work zone?
