@Samuel Anderson I've clearly not taken the time to consider if they'd clash, lol! Thanks mate, biggest shift I see is when someone stops trying to think their way into a new identity and actually feels it in the body first (breath work, somatic anchoring, that kind of thing). Once the nervous system catches up, the actions just follow naturally, no forcing it. So body and breath are the genesis to being - then the thinking and doing stop being a struggle. Mainly working with coaches and creators who keep hitting the same invisible ceiling where identity hasn't caught up yet. Love that you're seeing it in music creation too - makes total sense, same principle - everything is energy and that's all there is to it! I think that was Tesla or Bon Jovi - I can never remember which.
