🍕 Blitz Dough — Final Update
This weekend we started with flour, water, yeast, salt and olive oil. At the beginning it was just a sticky mess. Then we waited. Then it grew. Then we divided. Then we shaped. Then we baked. And in the end… pizza came out of the oven. 🔥🍕 But this weekend something else grew too. Not just the dough. - My community grew (6 new members, they came from my social media profiles, that also grew just like my dough…that’s a lot for me now) - Engagement grew - I met many new people here on Goosify - I posted - I showed up And I realized something important: Growth is almost never dramatic. It’s fermentation.💪 You don’t see it minute by minute. But if you show up every day, mix, wait, adjust, try again… Something rises. So this was not just a pizza weekend. It was a Blitz fermentation experiment. And I think this is just the beginning. Thanks to everyone who commented, liked, replied, joked, posted and shared this pizza journey with me this weekend.
